A Checklist Action is the fundamental, specific event triggered when a user engages with a Checklist Item. It defines the interactive content, behavior, or validation process that is executed on the page. 

 

To Publish or Unpublish an Action:

  1. Open the extension and select a Checklist Item.
  2. Select an Action. 
  3. In the right-hand configuration panel, look for the Publish Status checkbox. 
  4. Click the checkbox (if it’s unchecked) to turn it on and publish the action, making it live for your users.
  5. To unpublish it and hide it from your users, simply click the checkbox again to turn it off.
  6. Click on Save
